Announcement of change in membership renewal To enable the organisation to reduce administration costs, from January 2003 the date students renew their membership will change. All renewals will start from the month of May in each year. At present renewals are due different in months of the year thereby creating a lot of administration every month and added costs in postage etc. The change over will not cost students any more than previously, as when membership is due, students will pay from the month due until the following May on a pro rata basis. Students whose membership becomes due before May 2003 will have the option to renew until May 2003 or May 2004. This change will help us considerably. We will endeavour to resist increases in any fees or membership, but please understand we have no influence on how or when our Insurance, hall or uniform suppliers make increases, but we will try our best for you at all times. Please remember, as our membership increases, the easier it is to resist price increases, so try to encourage your friends and family to join. Hadleigh Methodist Church Chapel Lane Hadleigh Dew to the increased popularity of the Tuesday 8.00pm class at this venue, an additional class on Wednesdays at 8.30pm has been added for all age groups.
